During my digital art residency at the Swatch Art Peace Hotel in Shanghai, returning to my family home deeply impacted my artistic perspective. Working in my childhood bedroom, I saw my creative endeavors in a new light. The photographs in water reflected my varying states of mind, forming the "Introspection" series. These emotional mindsets ranged from feeling trapped to seeking liberation. Many images were captured in the family bath, rarely used in mu childhood due to my parents' ecological beliefs. Flowers from the family garden symbolized our shared roots, while the orange plastic fence represented emotional barriers to embracing my artist identity in a space defined by my engineering past.
